An interview with DL and Tiffany will be scheduled after you application has been submitted. The interview will be before or after youth group.

Trip Commitment

I am committed to going on the 2020 Costa Rica Mission Trip. This includes attending all of the team meetings and participating in all team fundraisers.

Trip payment

This trip will cost between $1,500 - $2,000 person (a definite cost will be determined once airfare is purchased.)

There will 3 payments:

A deposit of $100 upon acceptance to the team.
A payment of $500 due on January 31, 2022.
The balance due 8 weeks before the trip.

These payments can be paid through fundraising or out of pocket.
